A contract includes scheduled preventative visits with documented compliance evidence (BS 7273-4 fire-interface test, user audit, software updates), prioritised reactive response, and discounted labour. Ad-hoc repair is reactive only, standard rates, slot in by availability.
Annual rolling. We don't lock customers into multi-year contracts. After the first year you can renew, change cadence (move from annual to bi-annual or vice versa), or step away. Most customers stay.
Within-hours reactive is included in the contract (prioritised, discounted labour). Our office is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; we don't routinely take evening or weekend callouts. If something genuinely can't wait we will discuss what we can do on a case-by-case basis.
